Appointments
We are able to offer appointments with any doctor within 2 days, although an appointment with a named G.P may take longer than 2 days. If you require an urgent appointment, please telephone at 8am when the surgery switchboard is open or via the Emis Access Service if you are registered.
Telephone Consultations
If you wish to speak to a Doctor or Nurse over the telephone for advice please ask the receptionist for a telephone consultation. Your details will be taken and a Doctor or Nurse will ring you back as soon as it is convenient.
Home Visits
If you are too ill to come to the surgery, a home visit can be requested. If possible please ring before 10.00 as this will help us organise the day to provide a better service. You may be asked to give some idea of your illness so that the Doctor can visit the more urgent cases first.

Within surgery hours your call will be passed to the Duty Doctor. Out of hours, you should ring the surgery telephone number which will provide you with the telephone number for the GP Out of Hours Service.
