Online Facilities
Before you can start booking GP appointments online, you must register your details for this service.
Its quick and easy to register, simply follow the steps below:
Ask at reception for a registration form or alternatively download the registration form. This form provides all the information you need to register to use the EMIS Access internet facilities.
Once you have completed the form and returned it back to the practice they will issue you with the following information:
PIN
Practice ID Number
Access ID
NHS Number
Please go to the EMIS website to register your account and enter your personal registration details. If the information does not match, your registration will not be accepted.
You will be able to do the following once you have EMIS Access
- Create your account
- Order repeat prescriptions
